Lead Handyperson
As a Nirvana Home Concierge Club team member, you’re more than just a fixer—you’re a trusted partner in our members’ homes. You’ll deliver proactive, high-quality maintenance and repairs, helping homeowners enjoy peace of mind and more free time. Our team is committed to professionalism, personalized service, and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform monthly preventive maintenance visits, including routine tasks like filter changes, minor plumbing checks, light bulb replacements, and more.
- Execute quarterly premium projects (for upper-tier members), such as power washing, gutter cleaning, or seasonal décor installs.
- Assess home systems during initial and ongoing visits, identifying issues and recommending solutions.
- Use Nirvana’s digital tools to track tasks, communicate with clients, and produce detailed visit reports.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and safety-first approach in every home.
- Uphold Nirvana’s standards for quality, ethics, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Home Managers and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Occasionally coordinate with licensed trade partners (plumbers, electricians, etc.) and oversee vendor work as needed.
