What are your subscription tiers and pricing?

- Tier 2: $479/month – Adds 3 handyman hours
- Tier 3: $749/month – Includes all services plus quarterly seasonal projects & vendor support
All tiers require a 12-month commitment.
Can I cancel my membership?
We hope you never will, but yes, you may cancel anytime with a 60-day notice at any time.
What if I need more handyman hours?
Tier 2 and 3 members can purchase additional hours at a preferred rate.
Is there a referral program?
Yes! Refer a friend who joins at Tier 2 or higher, and you’ll receive one month free credited to your account.

Nirvana Home Concierge Club’s dedicated handyman shows up every month to make sure your to-do list is consistently tended to and your home is always maintained. While most handyman services require you to take time to call and schedule a new handyman that’s unfamiliar with your home, Nirvana maintains your home’s perfect rhythm.

Anybody that values their time and wants to maintain a well optimized home are potential customers for Nirvana. Specifically, adults with aging parents living at home alone, busy families, seniors, new homeowners, and frequent traveling executives make up the base of our clients.
What do members typically use you for in the first 90 days?
The first 90 days, members use us for a variety of needs. Many times we are working diligently to recover a home from years of inconsistent maintenance to a well optimized home running at peak efficiency. Members generally have a pretty lengthy to-do list for general handyman services so we help them prioritize and schedule the tasks to begin to move to-dos to to-dones. On the concierge level plan, we are also scheduling specialists to come in and review major systems and provide a detailed assessment of the condition of the homes plumbing, roof, HVAC, and electrical systems so that we can proactively make plans to address any potential issues before they become an emergency.
Do you bring supplies and consumables (filters, bulbs, batteries, salt, etc.) or do I provide them?
We do! During our initial home assessment, we’ll create a list of consumables (light bulbs, salt, filters, etc.) that will be used to maintain the home thus insuring we are always prepaared on the first trip.
